I'm busy coloring old war photos for an upcoming book. Although coloring old black-and-white photos isn't usually easy, for this one I specifically had to look up the colors of the uniforms and the car. I think I've come pretty close.

The client wanted a truthfull fullcolour photograph made from archival black and white photo. The Jeep had to be light-blue. Research found only two written accounts of the car being light-blue instead of the normal dark green.
