ESNTL Wellness is an iOS app and admin dashboard that empowers individuals and their organizations to understand patterns and correlations in their mental and physical health.
Insight based on biometric and manually inputted data. Suggested support based on the insight.
Context
ESNTL Wellness is targeted towards organizations and their employees, focusing mainly on workforces that consistently face high-stress situations. We are targeting first responders, doctors, police, and educators.
My role
I joined ESNTL as a UX designer. Throughout my time on the product, my role evolved. After a year with ESNTL, I moved into the role of the Design Lead. As the Design Lead, I managed a researcher and another design.

How research informed the product
I worked with the leads to ensure the research roadmap closely matched our delivery roadmap. This alignment allowed us to coordinate our research efforts effectively with the product roadmap and objectives.

Impact
ESNTL grew to have 12 organizations as clients and over 1000 users. Upon writing, the ESNTL app was shut down due to the team's timeline for revenue not matching up with stakeholder requirements.
