TIFFOSI wants to increase and expand the reach of its products within Uruguay.

Problem

Uruguayans citizens are not prepared for using e-commerce mobile apps.

Main Goal

Develop the best possible user experience within an application, which generates customer commitment by being easy to use, thereby increasing sales.

STRATEGY

Empathize

We must understand the needs and concerns of our clients, the users. We need to understand what they really want, what they really need. We design for them, not for us.
We should conduct research on the different platforms and social media, use tools to create surveys, and also examine case studies from previous projects.

Conceptualize

Once all the information has been collected, with the differents points of view, we must recognize the most important desires, needs and concerns.
Classify the different perspectives and synthesize the information.

Design

Define deadlines and start design stage. Design guidelines must be set, use a visual language adapted to the country, preserve the brand identity and enhance it. Design for a specific audience, but at the same time designed for everyone, through an intuitive and easy-to-use design. Use marketing strategies to promote sales, highlight products, apply discounts, offer coupons, notifications, etc.
