Context

March 2024.
Want to increase and expand the reach of different products from different brands in Uruguay.

Problem

It is difficult for Uruguayan citizens to get used to mobile e-commerce applications, as it is for the different brands.

Main Goal

Develop the best possible user experience within an application, which generates customer commitment by being easy to use, thereby increasing sales. Get as many stakeholders as possible.

STRATEGY

Empathize

We must understand the needs and concerns of our clients, the users. We need to understand what they really want, what they really need. We design for them, not for us.
We should conduct research on the different platforms and social media, use tools to create surveys, and also examine case studies from previous projects.

Conceptualize

Once all the information has been collected, with the different points of view, we must recognize the most important desires, needs and concerns.
Classify the different perspectives and synthesize the information.

Design

Define deadlines and start design stage. Design guidelines must be set, use a visual language adapted to the country, preserve the brand identity and enhance it. Design for a specific audience, but at the same time designed for everyone, through an intuitive and easy-to-use design. Use marketing strategies to promote sales, highlight products, apply discounts, offer coupons, notifications, etc.
