Project Overview; The goal was to increase brand awareness and drive sales for a sustainable fashion brand called Suisets in South Africa

Suisets is a South African Brand that tailors hand made and sustainable clothes for fierce and confident women.
Initial consultation; I met with the brand team to understand their values, targets, audience and specific campaign goals, including desired reach and engagement.
Influencer Identification; I researched and Identified 15 micro influencers ( 10k to 100k followers ) who aligned with the brand's aesthetics and values. Each influencer had a strong engagement rate and genuine connection with their followers.
Campaign Strategy Development; We designed a campaign centered around a specific launch, focusing on storytelling that highlighted sustainability. The strategy included
* Thematic content ideas ( e.g "Boss Lady" )
* Specific Hashtags to promote ( # Wear The Change )
* Clear call to action for followers to visit the brand's website
Content Collaboration; I coordinated with the influencers to create authentic content showing the products in their everyday lives. Each influencer was given creative freedom to maintain their unique style while adhering to campaign guidelines.
Campaign Execution; The campaign launched over a month, staggered posts to maintain momentum. Influencers shared high quality images and engaging stories across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Performance Tracking; I monitored engagement metrics, such as likes, comments,shares, and website traffic using analytics tools. Weekly check ins with influencers helped gather qualitative feedback.
Reporting and Insights; At the end of the campaign, I compiled a comprehensive report detailing reach, engagement rates, and sales conversions. The campaign resulted in a 30% increase in website traffic and a 20% boost in sales directly attributed to influencer promotions.
Ongoing Support; I provided recommendations for for future campaigns and strategies to maintain relationships with top performing influencers for long term brand advocacy.
