We executed a laser-focused influencer and UGC campaign targeting creators (5k–50k followers) in the self-love, self-care, and wellness niches. Here's what we did:
Handpicked 100 niche-aligned micro-influencers, focusing on those with high engagement and a track record of promoting authenticity and body positivity
Sent highly personalized outreach messages — resulting in a 75% opt-in rate for gifting and paid collaborations
Negotiated mix of paid and gifted deals to maximize budget and secure long-term UGC opportunities
Tracked all deliverables and performance with UTM-linked discount codes
Focused creative direction around real skin, confidence rituals, and “before and after” storytelling
Results
42 pieces of scroll-stopping UGC created — with over 30 spotlighting body-positive narratives around stretch marks and skin transformation
