Sneakar wanted to stand out as a trendsetting, fashion-tech brand while increasing conversions on TikTok Shop. My goal was to build a creator-driven marketing engine that blended UGC, influencer partnerships, and performance-focused product marketing all designed to drive real sales.

Marketing Strategy

1. TikTok Shop Optimization

I revamped Sneakar’s TikTok Shop presence to improve visibility and conversion by:
Writing high-converting product descriptions centered around the AR experience
Integrating UGC-style demo videos to build trust
Creating short-form content that spoke directly to Gen Z and Millennial shoppers
Result: Higher clickthrough rates and more add-to-carts within the first two weeks.

2. Influencer & UGC Creator Recruitment

I built and managed a high-performing roster of creators who could sell — not just post.
This included:
Recruiting influencers and UGC creators who aligned with sneaker, fashion, and lifestyle niches
Directing content ideas such as AR try-ons, styling videos, and unboxings
Managing outreach, seeding, negotiations, approvals, and performance tracking

3. Affiliate Program Development

To scale growth sustainably, I launched a creator affiliate program that rewarded performance.
