Role: Principal Consultant, Product, Data & Operations, Solutions Architect End-to-end consultant leading E2E’s digital platform including website, portal, CRM, automations, analytics, and marketing ops. Scope: End-to-end owner from strategy → IA/UX → build (Squarespace, Airtable) → CRM & automations (Apps Script) → notification web app → analytics/UTM attribution → marketing ops. The Challenge
Residents and businesses in Antigua & Barbuda face friction buying from U.S. retailers and getting reliable, timely delivery. E2E needed a modern, trustworthy digital experience, from discovery to delivery updates, that could scale with demand and minimize manual work.

What I Built

Website (Squarespace) Information architecture, UX copy, pricing, FAQs, contact, SEO optimization, and online order placement. Custom blocks for clear CTAs and service explanations.
Custom Shopping Portal (Airtable backend) Interface to browse hundreds of items with special discounts and affiliate tracking for commissionable sales.
Order Now, Pay Later Form + interface for “Order Now, Pay Later” and shop-for-me requests. Validations, required fields, service tiers, and admin views for triage.
Lightweight CRM for Ops & Customer Updates Unified Airtable base (Orders, Shipments, Customers, Payments) with status tracking, SLAs, and ownership.
Notification Web App (Email) Templated emails for order ready, delay notices, and payment reminders; dynamic merge fields; reply-to routing; audit trail of sends.
Marketing System & Collateral
Content calendars for email + social (monthly/weekly cadences).
Physical materials (postcards, flyers, QR codes to order form).
Affiliate integrations with Amazon & Shein, tracked via tagged links.

Customer places request → Squarespace or Portal form → Airtable “Orders.”
Ops triage → auto-assign, SLA timers, status changes.
Notifications → email send on status change (ready, delayed, payment due).
Delivery/Pickup → proof of handoff stored; customer rating capture (optional).
Reporting → daily/weekly dashboards (orders, on-time %, revenue, repeat rate).
