Project description

TimeSwapr is an application that allows users to exchange their time and skills with other users in a peer-to-peer marketplace. The client's goal was to create a platform that enables people to find and offer services that match their availability, interests, and needs.

My contributions to the project:

Crafting clear and engaging copy for the application’s user interface, navigation, and error messages.

Conducting user research and testing to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the target audience.

Collaborating with the design and development team to ensure the consistency and alignment of the tone, voice, and style of the copy.

Creating and maintaining a style guide and a glossary of terms for the application.

Editing and proofreading the copy for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.

The project's success was measured by:

The number of users who signed up and completed transactions on the platform.

The feedback and ratings from the users on the quality and satisfaction of the services.

The revenue generated from the service fees and commissions.

According to the client, the project achieved the following results:

Over 500 users registered and exchanged more than 1000 hours of services in the first month of launch
