Project and Implementation Manager

Opportunity:

Have a system integrated with such marketplaces as ebay Germany and Amazon Germany for showcasing products of the local producers and sellers and boosting the export

Goals:

Implement the project initiated by the EU in the local market through the integration with the internal operation system of the post office.

Solution:

As a Project Manager, I gathered the requirements for the set up of the new system as well as identified and analyzed the opportunity of success for the local market

As a Project Manager, I managed the processes of communication and negotiation with the EU team members including additional 5 countries of Asian Partnership.

As an Implementation Manager, I created the requirement of the API documentation resulting in systems integrations.

As an Implementation Manager, I managed the process of the EU system set up in the company.

As an Implementation Manager, I made a training and consulted the employees of the B2B department for the operation of the system and collaboration with clients
