Problem:
1. Undefined Market and Strategy was not clear and measurable.
2. Not user friendly web site
3. Manual process Management
Goals:
1. Upgrade the website, so it would be easy for the user to find the necessary product and order it. In addition, it should had an attractive UI.
2. Upgrade the back up CRM and Logistic system, so it would be automated.
3. Create the business and operational processes, which would be documented and legally viable to serve as a guideline for the current operations as well as future issue resolutions.
Solution:
As the Product Manager, I did Market Research and Analyzes for the estimation of Business Case according to which the product was adapted.
As the Product Manager, I was consulting the Technical Product Owner for the roll out of the next release of the website. In addition, I managed the process of the development back up CRM and Logistics system with the consequent integrations and automations.
As the Process Manager, I created the business and operational processes including documentation, such as Business Plan, Process Flow, Roles and Responsibilities, Regulations, as well as supervised the Operational Manager.
Result:
The product entered the phase of operation supported with all necessary documentation, processes, tested and Improved version of the website with fixed bugs and additional features.
