1. Onboarding sessions time decreased by 30%, by reducing the need for additional session to explain features.
2. Multiple features usage rate increased by up to 15% due the restructuring hierarchy and highlighting most important actions based on user’s task.
3. Decrease in average time on task by roughly 15% achieved by defining users’ existing issues and analyzing users’ feedback on proposed solutions.
4. 85% of the scenarios were redesigned during the mapping stage.
5. 100+ iterations were suggested based on users' feedback during testing & iterating.
