Illustrations for Innovation in Politics Institute Booklet

This project features a series of sketch-style illustrations created for the Innovation in Politics Institute to visually explain why some governments achieve better results and how Mission Partnerships help solve complex societal challenges. The light, minimal illustration style was chosen to make political and civic topics more accessible, engaging, and easy to understand for broad audiences.

I was invited to illustrate a booklet for the Innovation in Politics Institute, created to explain why some governments perform better and how their “Mission Partnerships” model helps tackle complex societal challenges.

I developed a series of light, sketch-style illustrations with clean lines and minimal color accents — a visual approach the client specifically chose to make complex political topics more accessible and relatable for diverse audiences. This friendly, simplified style helps communicate collaboration, trust, and shared purpose without the heaviness typical of institutional visuals.
