The Challenge

In August 2020, Créditos Directos faced a key challenge: improving conversion rates across a massive website with 124 pages and 10 core services. The existing site lacked a clear structure and a modern interface, which limited user engagement and made it difficult to navigate or act on the primary offerings.

Our Solution

We proposed a full-scale modernization of the website's design and architecture. The process began with a detailed analysis of the main services and user behavior, followed by defining inspiration, expectations, and a solid brand structure. We created a validated mockup and implemented it using an agile methodology in WordPress. The project included SEO optimization, installation of web analytics tools, WhatsApp Business integration, and the development of a customized, self-manageable website.

Outcome

The result was a fully redesigned digital experience that simplified user journeys, boosted conversions for key products, and empowered the internal team to manage the site independently. The optimized architecture and modern interface positioned Créditos Directos as a more accessible and professional financial service provider.
