When KWIN, a high-end graphic design agency, approached me with their newly redesigned desktop homepage, they had one clear goal, turn their bold new brand identity into an interactive experience that looked just as good in motion as it did in static pixels.
They handed me a Figma file and a challenge: build a site in Framer that works on every screen, feels alive with motion, and nails a complex scroll-based animation they couldn’t quite figure out.
Video Overview
The Main Challenge
One section in particular was tricky, they wanted a video to play as users scrolled, syncing perfectly with a set of UI components that updated at precise timestamps. Sounds simple? Not quite.
The original video wasn’t high frame rate, which meant syncing UI with playback took a mix of patience, testing, and some clever animation hacks to get it just right. But after a bit of wrestling (and a lot of preview-refresh-repeat), I managed to solve it as best as possible.
About Page
The Build
Beyond the scroll animation, I made sure the entire site was fully responsive, smooth across breakpoints, and stayed true to their sleek, high-design aesthetic. I worked directly in Framer, making layout decisions, building animations, optimizing load times, and handling every visual layer with care.
We didn’t just build a website, we gave KWIN’s new brand the stage it deserved.
