GTM + Onboarding Audit for Pre-Launch SaaS Startup

Overview I partnered with a pre-launch SaaS startup preparing to onboard early users and publicly announce their core product. They had a basic onboarding sequence and a rough GTM messaging draft, but weren’t confident in whether the flow, value props, or timing would resonate.
Through a 1-hour audit session, I reviewed their current onboarding flow, website messaging, and early-stage lifecycle emails. I delivered a set of clear, actionable recommendations to improve conversion, feature education, and narrative alignment—before they ever went live.
