In this role, I mainly helped Cory with light bookkeeping through invoice creation in Quickbooks, invoice tracking and email follow-ups with clients to make sure all invoices were getting paid on time.

I also helped Cory improve his existing client onboarding operations by creating his new client welcome PDF as well as recording the onboarding Loom for clients to become familiar with their Notion dashboard.
