I started working with Contra in May 2023, as a part of the Client Success team on a freelance basis.
This role initially started with a focus on reviewing public jobs and matching talent to those jobs before growing into a full-time freelance position in September 2023 and then a full-time employee role in September 2024 . My responsibilities have since grown to customer support, operations management, team and product management.
