Who is diio

diio is an AI copilot for sales teams. It analyzes conversations and helps reps prioritize, move quickly, and make better decisions. They raised a funding round and needed a website that matched where the company was heading.
Project context
diio was running their website on HubSpot CMS. It worked, but it wasn't reflecting what the product had become. After closing their funding round, their CRO reached out to rebuild everything from scratch in Webflow.

The thinking behind it

When a company operates in 5 markets across 3 languages, the easy decision is to use language-based localization. We went a different direction: country-based locales, so each market could have its own customers, case studies, and blog posts without sharing content that doesn't fit. That required a CMS architecture planned from the start. Every collection was structured so the team could publish to a specific market without confusion or risk of cross-contamination. The other constraint was performance. A dynamic, multi-locale site can get heavy fast. Every animation and interaction was built with page speed as a hard requirement, not an afterthought.

The build

Full build from scratch. No existing design, no existing structure. Everything was created together with the CEO, the branding lead, a content strategist, and the product designer. The result: a complete Webflow system with GSAP animations, Swiper sliders, HubSpot integration, a scalable CMS, and a component library the team could use independently. The project also covered 5 locales across 3 languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Five months of work.

The product

A site that reflected diio's identity and gave the team full autonomy to keep creating content without outside help.
