Who is Pulsar

Pulsar is an AI and IoT platform that helps industrial and manufacturing plants monitor and optimize production in real time. They operate in Mexico and the US, focused on Industry 4.0.
Project context
Pulsar's site was in Webflow, but it had been built by several freelancers over time. The structure was inconsistent, some things were broken, and the marketing team didn't feel confident editing it. When they needed a change, they had to search for who knew how it worked. They already had the strategy and the Figma design ready. They just needed the infrastructure to match.

The thinking behind it

The biggest decision was Client-First with a component library designed for two audiences: the developer who might touch it later, and the marketing team who would use it every day. That means component names that make sense to a non-technical person, drag-and-drop sections that can't break the layout, and color and spacing variants that don't require touching code.
Pulsar also made a deliberate call to skip animations entirely. The priority was clarity and scannability for a manufacturing audience, not visual complexity. One detail that mattered: HubSpot forms were integrated with custom CSS so they look and behave like native Webflow elements. No visual inconsistency, no friction for the user. The result speaks for itself. Over a year later, the team launches landing pages and campaign pages without asking anyone for help.

The build

Full rebuild from scratch using Client-First. CMS structured for scale, HubSpot forms connected, Webflow Localization configured for English and Spanish. A pre-built component library so the team could launch landing pages on their own. The project ran 4 to 6 weeks, one to two pages per week. We worked through Slack and Loom, and closed with a live training session. The channel is still open and they still use it.

The results

Comparing 2024 to 2025, reported by Asunción Pérez-Iñigo, Marketing Director at Pulsar:
4x more pitches. 7x more evals. 3x more logos. 2x ARR.
Before the rebuild, inbound was unclear and they closed 5 clients. After the new site and an initial SEO push, they closed 15. Seven of those came from SEO alone.

Love from the Pulsar team 💚

"Working with Mauro on our website implementation was a pleasure. Fast, detail-oriented, great communication, and always open to feedback. He felt like part of the team and the final result was excellent."
Asunción Pérez-Iñigo, Marketing Director at Pulsar.
