Who is Instagantt

Instagantt helps teams turn task lists into Gantt charts. They serve over 500,000 users worldwide and needed to scale their website without adding headcount.
Project context
Instagantt had a solid site. The challenge was growth: new features, new industry verticals, and a navigation that couldn't keep up. Engineering was the bottleneck for every new page. My job was to build the infrastructure that removed that bottleneck entirely.

The thinking behind it

The strategic decision was to build CMS frameworks instead of individual pages. That means one well-structured collection can generate dozens of landing pages without touching the designer or the developer again.
For features, that required mapping and categorizing every tool capability with the Customer Success team first, before writing a single line of code. For industry verticals, the same logic: a CMS template that adapts the messaging to each sector while staying consistent with the brand.
Every phase was designed so the team could keep building after I left.

The build

The work happened across four phases. First, a CMS-driven features section with 13 new landing pages covering views like Gantt Chart, Kanban Board, Workload, and more. Each page supported up to 10 feature cards, a featured testimonial, a custom CTA, and a custom hero.
Over 60 software mockups were created from scratch to accompany the content.
Second, industry-specific landing pages using the same CMS logic, segmented by sector for conversion and SEO.
Third, a new navigation system built to handle the expanded site architecture without sacrificing load speed or visual clarity.
Fourth, an Awards section to consolidate social proof from G2, Capterra, and others. The Instagantt AI landing page was also built during this engagement, introducing a dark mode visual language that didn't exist in the brand before.

The constraint

Every new element had to follow Instagantt's existing design system strictly. No creative detours. The challenge was introducing new components, a new color mode, and a new navigation while making everything feel like it was always there.

Love from the Instagantt Team 💙

"Fragua was the perfect lever. Mauro executed complex updates while strictly adhering to our existing design system. It's high-level engineering, exactly when we need it."
Daniel Gajardo, CEO at Instagantt.
