Airkit was founded in 2017 to enable Fortune 500 and fast-growing businesses to build flexible, omnichannel customer engagement applications, and customer service agents.
In 2022, the company decided to pivot into AI and was renamed Airkit.ai, a low-code platform for building AI customer service agents.
We helped to craft a brand-new homepage that was able to communicate in a simple but delightful manner how Airkit.ai works.
Just a month after the launch of their new homepage, we got the news that Salesforce had acquired Airkit.ai. We're proud to have been part of such an exciting journey.
