UniBot is an AI powered learning management platform used across several educational workflows. Admins, teachers, and students already relied on it for dashboards, analytics, scheduling, and progress tracking. The functionality was there. The interface did not communicate the intelligence and structure sitting underneath it.
The challenge. Redesign UniBot as one coherent ecosystem while respecting three genuinely different jobs. Admins need fast access to institutional data. Teachers need clear course and workflow management. Students need an obvious way to see progress. The work covered product architecture, UX/UI redesign, web design, and a visual system able to scale across all of it.
Hierarchy first. I started with information hierarchy and navigation. Instead of giving every feature the same weight, dashboards were restructured around priority: key metrics first, supporting data below, role specific actions placed where each user actually reaches for them. Sidebar navigation became predictable, page structure got simpler, and dense analytical screens were reorganised so the platform can be scanned rather than read.
Consistency as a system. Because UniBot works as an ecosystem rather than a single dashboard, consistency became the governing principle. Typography, spacing, cards, data blocks, and interaction patterns were refined so admin, teacher, and student experiences feel connected without flattening what makes each one different.
Dark theme as a functional decision. It reduces visual fatigue across long sessions, supports data heavy workflows, and reinforces the AI positioning. Light and dark variants share one underlying design system, so the experience stays consistent across contexts instead of forking into two products.
Result. A clearer, more scalable AI education platform. Admins move through data faster, teachers manage workflows with less friction, students get a cleaner view of progress. UniBot now reads as a structured product ecosystem rather than a set of disconnected screens.
