Coaching Advocates had a website that was actively working against them. Built by previous developers, the site had never been properly optimized for performance or SEO. Unfortunately, this meant extremely slow loading times on both the front end (what visitors see) and back end (the admin dashboard).

This frustrating the client and was damaging their business. Slow pages meant visitors were bouncing before they even saw what Coaching Advocates offered. People working in the backend of the site waited for the dashboard to load. Search engines were penalizing the site in rankings, making it harder for potential clients to find them in the first place.

We knew a few quick fixes wouldn't cut it. The site needed a complete rebuild. Here's what was done:

Migrating the entire website to a more reliable and high-performing hosting server (Thank you Siteground). 

The site was overloaded with plugins, many of which duplicated the same functions. We stripped it back to only what was actually needed.

Large and uncompressed images were one of the biggest culprits behind slow loading. We optimized every image without sacrificing quality.

Removing redundant pages and content that served no purpose, making the site leaner and easier to navigate.

We cleaned it all up by removing unnecessary elements that were slowing everything down.

Implementing best SEO practices throughout the site, making it easier for search engines to crawl, index and rank the pages.

We spent a few weeks rigorously testing and making adjustments to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Coaching Advocates now has a website that actually supports their goals. Pages load quickly and gives their visitors a better experience. The admin area is responsive and easy to use. And most importantly, search engines can properly recognize and rank the site, bringing in more organic traffic. The difference between a slow, clunky website and a fast, optimized one isn't just technical. It's the difference between losing potential clients and converting them. Coaching Advocates now has the latter.

A fast website is only half the battle. You also need to capture visitors and turn them into leads. We assisted in developing and implementing lead generation strategies. This included creating valuable lead magnet documents that give visitors something worth sharing their contact details for. We then designed the relevant pages and pop-ups to promote these resources at the right moments.

We also built automated workflows that handle the mundane tasks, processing lead magnet downloads, managing opt-in form submissions and organizing newsletter subscriptions. All without requiring manual follow-up.

This ensures no potential client falls through the cracks while freeing up the team to focus on what they do best: coaching. Every element was tested to make sure it actually converts.

Great content needs consistent delivery. We support the client with digital marketing initiatives by helping publish blog posts that keep their site fresh and relevant for search engines. We also create and send email campaigns and newsletters that maintain engagement with their audience.

As the client grow their business, their website needed to grow with them. When they opened a UK branch, so we designed and built dedicated pages showcasing their new location and local offerings. We also created pages for their corporate coaching programs. Each new section was built with the same attention to performance and user experience as the original rebuild.
