Our first step was to develop a branding strategy that incorporated Tripper Bali’s existing brand guidelines and assets. We conducted a thorough analysis of their target market, competitors, and industry trends to ensure that our strategy aligned with their business goals. Our branding strategy incorporated their existing color palette and typography, but also included visual elements that conveyed Tripper Bali’s premium and natural image.

After developing the branding strategy, we prototyped a new website that reflected Tripper Bali’s brand and provided a better user journey and experience for its web users. We used wireframes and prototypes to iterate quickly and test various design concepts, ensuring that the final design was both aesthetically pleasing, functional and user-centered. The new design featured a responsive layout, high-quality imagery, and an intuitive navigation system that made it easy for users to find what they were looking for.

We worked with Tripper Bali’s Development Team to build the website in Odoo, an open-source business app that covers all your company needs. We conducted extensive quality assurance testing throughout the development process to ensure that the website was consistent with the design as well as ensure functionality. We tested the website on multiple devices and browsers to ensure that it was optimized for all users. We also conducted usability testing to ensure that the website was intuitive and easy to use.

The new website and customer portal have been a huge success for Tripper Bali. The website’s clean and professional design has helped to position Tripper Bali as a premium brand, while the user-friendly interface has made it easy for customers to find the information they need. The integration with Odoo’s suite of business apps has streamlined Tripper Bali’s operations, making it easier for them to manage their business and provide a better service to their customers.

As the videographer for Tripper, I had a clear idea of what our website should look like but no technical knowledge on how to design it. Beside, for it to fit within our IT ecosystem, the site had to be developed within a specific platform that all the web designers we approached were unfamiliar with. From the first session with Ron, I felt we were on the same page. Not only does he have a great eye for design, but he always has functionality and optimal user experience in mind. This made for a very easy and pleasant collaboration.
