Pawsport — Pet Travel Compliance Platform

Pawsport is a pet travel platform built for a Singapore-based pet influencer who had built a large online following helping pet parents navigate complex international pet travel regulations. The goal was to transform this expertise into a functional digital platform that could automate compliance processes and create a sustainable business.

Pet owners preparing to travel internationally with their pets often spend over 30 hours researching requirements across government websites, airline policies, and veterinary guidelines. Important documents get scattered across emails, deadlines are missed, and compliance mistakes can lead to costly delays at customs.

At the same time, the influencer who built the community had no clear way to monetize the expertise they were sharing with thousands of followers.

We built Pawsport on Bubble as an end-to-end pet travel preparation platform. The system automatically generates country-specific compliance checklists based on the pet and travel destination, eliminating the need for users to manually research regulations.

The platform also includes centralized document tracking so users can upload and manage required paperwork while monitoring preparation progress in one place. During the critical travel preparation period, users receive real-time updates to ensure all compliance steps are completed on time.

Additionally, we built an integrated marketplace that connects pet owners with verified service providers such as veterinarians and pet transport specialists. The platform owner maintains quality control while earning commission from successful service bookings.

Pet travel preparation time was reduced from over 30 hours of research to under 5 hours. Compliance errors dropped significantly, helping pet owners avoid costly customs issues and delays.

For the influencer, the platform transformed unpaid content into a sustainable digital business that generates income while continuing to support the community they built.
