Christmas at the Princess Framer Website

Christmas at the Princess is the holiday spectacle at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Arizona’s largest AAA Five Diamond resort. For sixteen seasons it has turned 65 acres into a winter wonderland, with millions of lights, a real ice rink, a 120 ft Ferris wheel and Santa experiences. I rebuilt the event’s website in Framer, keeping the magic guests already know and turning the site into something the team can update as fast as the season moves. Story Christmas at the Princess runs for just six weeks a year, and its website has to keep up the whole time. Hours change, new attractions open, offers come and go, and every season needs a new ticket link. On the old site, even a small update took too long, right when the event was busiest. There was also no design file, so I used the live site as my starting point.

I didn’t want to redesign something guests already loved. I wanted to move it. I rebuilt every page in Framer and kept its festive, storybook feel: the video welcome, the script titles, the big numbers, and the live temperature check between Scottsdale and the North Pole. Every inner page follows the same pattern: a cinematic header, a script title, then the story. Visitors always know where they are.

Next, I made the site easy for the team to update. Offers, activities and blog posts now live in Framer CMS. Adding a new package or a new attraction takes a few minutes and needs no developer. The “Book Your Experience” button stays in reach on every page, in the top menu on desktop and in a fixed bar on mobile, where many guests plan their night.

The result is the same Christmas magic on a faster site, one the team can update themselves all season long.
