E-commerce Layout and Shopping Experience for a Women’s Fashion Brand

I designed and structured the e-commerce layout for a women’s fashion brand built on Nuvemshop.
The project included the visual organization of the storefront, product pages, category structure and checkout experience, with the goal of creating a cleaner, more intuitive and conversion-oriented shopping journey.
More than setting up an online store, the work focused on translating the brand’s fashion positioning into a digital experience that felt elegant, easy to navigate and ready for sales.

Context and Challenge

Bekkas needed an e-commerce experience that could present its products clearly while supporting the brand’s identity as a women’s fashion store.
The challenge was to organize the store in a way that made browsing simple and attractive, especially for a catalog with different types of products, such as dresses, sets, jumpsuits, blouses, tops, pants, shorts, jackets and best-selling items.
The website also needed to communicate trust and purchase benefits from the first interaction, helping customers quickly understand product categories, payment options, delivery information and the buying process.

What I Delivered

I was responsible for structuring the e-commerce layout and defining the main shopping experience inside Nuvemshop.
The work included the organization of the homepage, product listing pages, product detail pages, category navigation and checkout flow. I also supported the definition of commercial sections such as best sellers, promotions and main categories, helping users find products with fewer steps.
On the product side, the focus was to create pages that could present images, prices, variations, sizes, purchase conditions and calls to action in a clear way. This helped make the shopping experience more direct and reduced friction between product discovery and checkout.
The layout was designed to balance aesthetics and usability, creating a storefront that felt aligned with the fashion segment while remaining practical for everyday management on Nuvemshop.

Design Approach

The design direction prioritized clarity, elegance and ease of navigation.
The homepage was structured to guide users through featured products, main categories and brand positioning. Product categories were organized to make browsing more intuitive, while commercial highlights helped bring attention to best sellers and promotional items.
The product pages were designed to support purchase decisions with clear information hierarchy, visible buying options and a straightforward path to checkout.
The goal was to create a shopping experience that looked polished but remained simple enough for the client to manage, update and scale within the Nuvemshop platform.

Why This Case Matters

This project shows how e-commerce design is not only about visual appearance. It is also about organizing information, reducing friction and helping customers move naturally from discovery to purchase.
For Bekkas, the layout helped turn the online store into a more structured digital sales channel, with clearer navigation, stronger product presentation and a more consistent shopping experience.
The result was an e-commerce foundation designed to support brand perception, product discovery and conversion.
