Sales Pitch Deck for a B2B Hospitality SaaS in LATAM

I developed a commercial sales material for a B2B hospitality SaaS company focused on the LATAM market.
The project consisted of a complete sales pitch deck designed to support the sales team during meetings with hoteliers, hostel owners, inn managers and short-term rental operators.
My role involved structuring the narrative, organizing the commercial argument, designing the layout and creating a presentation that could help the sales team explain the solution with more clarity, confidence and visual consistency.

Context and Challenge

The sales team needed a stronger material to present the platform to hospitality businesses across Latin America.
The challenge was to turn a complex B2B SaaS solution into a clear, persuasive and easy-to-follow commercial presentation. The material had to explain the main problems faced by accommodation businesses, connect those problems to the solution and guide the conversation toward a sales opportunity.
Since the audience included different types of hospitality operations, the deck also needed to be flexible enough to work for hotels, hostels, inns and vacation rental businesses.

What I Delivered

I was responsible for the full structure and design of the sales pitch deck.
The material was built to guide the sales conversation step by step, starting with the main challenges faced by hospitality managers and then presenting the platform as a solution for centralizing operations, improving management and supporting business growth.
The deck included sections to introduce the market context, highlight operational pain points, explain the platform’s value proposition, present key features and show how the solution could support different types of accommodation businesses.
The goal was not only to make the presentation visually stronger, but also to make the sales argument clearer and more strategic for the team.

Design Approach

The design followed a clean, modern and B2B-oriented visual direction, with a structure that prioritized clarity, hierarchy and readability.
Each slide was designed to support the sales narrative, avoiding excessive information and helping the presenter focus on the most important points of the conversation.
The layout combined commercial messaging, product explanation and visual rhythm, creating a material that felt professional, scalable and aligned with the LATAM market.

Why This Case Matters

This project shows how sales materials can play an important role in B2B growth.
A strong commercial deck does more than organize information. It helps the sales team tell a better story, present the product with more confidence and connect the solution to the real needs of the audience.
In this case, the material helped transform a complex product explanation into a clearer sales narrative for hospitality businesses in Latin America.
