On February 2025, the FTH team came to me with a clear goal:
Upgrade their Kajabi website and improve their lead generation process.
Their platform had great content and powerful services, but the layout was outdated, the structure needed a revamp, and the user experience didn’t match their heart-led mission. Plus, they were ready to launch a new offers, blog, and newsletter, but didn’t have the technical setup in place to tie it all together.
Natalia from the Full Time Human team first reached out, and after a great intro call with founders Doris and Jeanette, it was clear they needed more than just a visual refresh.
Their audience needed clarity, flow, and frictionless access to services, resources, and contact forms.
Framer was perfect for high-performing landing pages and a sleek blog, but they still needed Kajabi’s back-end power for offers, email automations, and lead capture.
I proposed a hybrid approach—build the main landing pages and blog in Framer, and connect everything back to Kajabi for product access, forms, and automation. Together, we kicked off a 20-page project that brought FTH’s mission to life across both platforms.
Project Phases
Design & Build in Kajabi
Developed 20 custom pages inside Kajabi, fully optimized for SEO and user experience.
Revamped the site structure for easier navigation across services, resources, and bios.
Integrated content, images, and strong calls to action across all pages—from Boutique Family Therapy to Virtual Coaching and more.
Phase 2: Launching the Membership Flow
Built a custom Kajabi offer and checkout page for their new membership.
Designed an automated welcome experience, giving new members instant access to a curated content library.
Integrated 4–5 pre-published blog articles and set up the Newsletter product as a Kajabi course-style experience.
Phase 3: Lead Generation & Framer Blog
Created a high-converting Framer blog and landing layout that links back to Kajabi offers.
Designed a lead magnet popup with a free guide and automated email delivery.
Ensured all bookings, signups, and guides were funneled into Kajabi’s CRM for segmentation and follow-up.
