From First Pour to Growth Partner
Before we kicked off the project, I had the chance to meet one of the founder, Graham in person — a rare and meaningful opportunity in today’s digital-first world.
That initial connection set the tone for what’s become a powerful monthly partnership.
On May 4th, I even had the chance to personally present Tenneyson to another client, FjORD Cold Plunge, during a community event — an epic cross-brand moment that sparked deeper audience connection and immediate product interest.
With the foundation in place, the next hurdle was getting more eyes on the brand — and making sure past customers didn’t forget about Tenneyson.
Organic traffic was growing slowly, and many first-time buyers hadn’t returned. We needed to create consistent moments that brought Tenneyson back to the top of people’s minds.

I focused on creating content that reconnected and re-engaged the audience:
Sent out a limited-time promos to surprise previous customers.
Launched a series of short Reels videos showing different ways to enjoy Tenneyson.
Used Shopify + Klaviyo data to fine-tune our content strategy.
Dropped a second blog post focused on customer testimonials and recipes, helping visitors visualize the product in their own lives.
The final challenge was turning momentum into long-term growth — how do we scale what's working while continuing to refine and adapt?
Without a clear system to scale content and convert leads into loyal fans, we risked plateauing.

Over the final stretch, I:
Sent a second round of Klaviyo emails featuring new bundles, blog content, and customer love.
Launched a flash sale SMS campaign to drive urgency and conversions.
Built out ManyChat flows that followed up with leads through both email and SMS.
Published a third and fourth SEO blog covering value-packed topics (Father’s Day, pairing ideas, and more).
Reviewed all performance data to deliver a clear insight report and next-step recommendations.
Currently, I work with Tenneyson on a monthly basis, managing everything from email and SMS marketing to Shopify and Klaviyo optimization.
