I was brought in to manage community interactions and warm outreach for a niche audience: non-native English–speaking HR managers in Western Europe.
The role evolved from basic engagement into a lightweight LinkedIn VA function, freeing Hannah to focus on sales calls and content creation.

What I Owned:

Replied to comments and DMs, escalating nuanced questions with links to the post and context.
Warm outreach to profile viewers and recent engagers using structured warm-up messages.
Guided conversations towards clear handovers: calendar booking, call, or resource.
Maintained a Lead & Conversation Tracking Sheet with source, stage, last touch, and next action.

Systems I Put in Place

Engagement escalation rules: when to handle, when to personalise, when to escalate.
A 90-minute daily micro-workflow: notifications → comments → new connections/profile viewers → warm touchpoints → update tracker & handovers.
Clean handover notes so Hannah could step into calls with full context.

Solution That I Provided to The Client:

Gave the founder time back from daily LinkedIn admin.
Improved call quality by handing over warmer, better-qualified leads.
Turned ad-hoc LinkedIn engagement into a repeatable, handover-friendly system.
