Before
User Pain
Before, if an Apollo user wanted to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or make any change to their plan they had to make the changes through a customer support person. This could take days and was very painful.
Prospective Customer Pain
Purchasing Apollo also was a completely manual process. Any potential users had to schedule and wait days to sit through a demo. Only then could they even trial Apollo. The whole process often took up to a week. We were bringing pain to users we didn’t even have yet!
After
Preventing Future Pain
In order to solve these pains I designed Apollo’s first plan management and plan update page so that users can always quickly check in on the status of their account.
I also emphasized pricing breakdowns and credit usage stats in order provide the user clarity about where their money is going and how it is being used. Effectively preventing confusion and future headaches.
