Project overview
Repair customers make quick decisions about services, devices, and pricing. We developed adaptable in-store signage that made offers easier to scan, promoted local relevance, and stayed consistent with CPR's national brand.
The challenge
A repair customer may be waiting only briefly, yet that time is a valuable opportunity to explain relevant services and offers. If signage is unclear or inconsistent, staff must repeat the message and the network loses a reliable promotional surface.
The approach
We designed screen content around a single clear offer, readable hierarchy, and the display conditions inside a repair store. The system used approved CPR visual rules while leaving room for stores to surface timely local promotions.
What we delivered
• Turned waiting time into a clearer service-discovery opportunity
• Designed in-store offers for fast customer scanning
• Supported local promotion needs inside the CPR brand system
• Made digital signage a consistent extension of the repair-store experience
The result
In-store communication became easier for customers to understand at a glance and easier for the network to maintain. Waiting time could support service discovery without creating local brand drift.
