Project overview
For Meador Staffing's location pages, I designed and directed the UI and user experience for a reusable local-market pattern. The system gave employers and job seekers clearer paths while keeping the brand consistent and practical to maintain.
The challenge
Staffing decisions are local, but building a separate site experience for every market can create inconsistent journeys and an impractical maintenance burden. Employers and job seekers also need different information from the same page.
The approach
I designed the UI and directed the UX around local relevance, clear page hierarchy, and distinct audience paths. A repeatable page pattern let market-specific content change without altering the core interaction and brand system.
What we delivered
• Designed and directed the UI and UX for reusable location pages
• Separated employer and job-seeker paths within one coherent system
• Made local relevance and next steps easier to find
• Maintained brand alignment while supporting market-specific content
The result
Meador had a scalable location-page experience with clearer routes for both audiences and a consistent foundation for local-market web communication.
