Doggy Bathroom is an award-winning pet care brand based in Montreal, pioneering innovative solutions for our four-legged best friends. Their line of products redefine pet care, and provide stylish and practical solutions that prioritize comfort and well-being. On September 2023, the team pitched on CBC's Dragons' Den, receiving 3 offers from the dragons.
As the senior marketing consultant, I strategized and managed the marketing campaign leading up to, and following Doggy Bathroom's appearance on Dragons' Den. This involved guiding the overall strategy, ensuring brand coherence, and aligning efforts with the company's goals.

In the lead-up to the Dragons' Den appearance, I worked closely with Doggy Bathroom's founders to craft a captivating pitch for the Dragons' Den appearance. The objective was not only to secure offers but also to highlight the uniqueness of Doggy Bathroom's offerings, fostering brand visibility and audience engagement.
🐉 Facing the Dragons:
With hearts racing and tails wagging, the moment arrived. Our pitch to the esteemed panel of Dragons brought in three enticing offers. In order to gain viewership support leading up to the episode airing, I maintained the momentum, building excitement and encouraging our audience to tune in. Leveraging influencer marketing and a viewing party campaign, we had over 100 accounts posting about us on their stories the night of the episode.

🚀 Post-Airing: Leveraging Momentum:
Following our Dragons' Den debut, our team continued building the excitement for the old and new audience. I led the strategic advertising campaigns to harness the momentum generated by the show. Our focus was on engaging the audience through various social media outlets, including Instagram, Facebook, X, Tiktok, and Threads. This phase was crucial in capitalizing on the exposure and transforming it into tangible growth opportunities. Through doing so, we were able to foster a sense of community among both existing and new audiences, to ensure a sustained and positive brand image
