Agentic AI Product Design We first gained access to their platform and conducted a thorough Heuristic Evaluation. This helped us uncover usability gaps, friction points, and critical problem areas affecting the user journey. By breaking down the interface with a structured usability audit, we were able to clearly define the problem statements and opportunities for improvement.

Next, we moved into the research phase, where we connected directly with real customers and active users of the platform. Through user interviews, feedback sessions, and behavior observation, we gathered rich insights about how people were actually using the product, what they loved, and where they struggled. These insights became the foundation for informed design decisions rather than assumptions.

With clarity in hand, we stepped into what we call our magic phase – redesigning the platform. This is where strategy met creativity. We reimagined the platform into a cleaner, intuitive, and more user-friendly experience.
