When I joined Global Predictions, the product was in an unstructured state with no established design processes. My first focus was to bring clarity and order by systematically organizing the product and setting up a robust design infrastructure. I worked methodically to simplify the product, eliminate inefficiencies, and address usability challenges.

In parallel, I embraced an experimental mindset, testing hundreds of hypotheses to uncover opportunities for improvement. This iterative process allowed us to refine the product continuously, significantly reducing bugs and enhancing usability.

As a result of these efforts, we reached a point where we could successfully integrate payment functionality. This marked a turning point, as the product’s ARR began to grow steadily and rapidly. By the end of my tenure, the product was not only more user-friendly and reliable but also positioned for sustainable growth.
