I joined as the founding designer and shaped the product from the ground up. With no clear direction for the product or its audience at the start, I took the initiative to reduce ambiguity, define the vision of the product, and completely design the first iteration of the product myself. After launching this initial version, I assembled and led a design team to continuously improve and refine the product.

In addition to driving the product’s evolution, I managed the design strategy and ensured team alignment. I also mentored team leads from other departments in management skills and educated founders and investors on effective processes and approaches.

The result of this work was a world-class product successfully launched in three countries, with Amazon among its clients.

Main achievements:

Built a comprehensive product from inception to market.

Assembled and led a team of 5 designers, developing design processes for a rapidly growing company.

Created and constantly updated all design processes to reflect the company growth from 5 to 50 people.

Mastered management of the design team and provided consultation to engineering and testing teams on team management.

Closely collaborated with the CEO and the project manager to refine product approaches.
