The project involved creating a new page within the existing dashboard, consolidating data from two distinct sources. The primary objective was to seamlessly integrate these datasets to provide a comprehensive view of critical metrics. Additionally, the scope extended to addressing previous contractor shortcomings, ensuring punctuality, commitment, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilizing Power BI's robust capabilities, I merged data from disparate sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Employing advanced data modeling techniques and custom visualizations, I created an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Additionally, proactive communication and regular progress updates were facilitated through Power BI's collaboration features, fostering transparency and alignment.

Upon successful completion of the project, the client received a seamlessly integrated dashboard page, providing actionable insights derived from consolidated data.
