Kajabi Website & Sales Funnel for a Stress Coach

Client: Estibalitz Laresgoiti — Stress Coach & Founder of Surfing Stress Project: Full Kajabi Website, Sales Page & Funnel Build

The Challenge

Estibalitz had just finished creating her course. But she had no digital presence, no website, and no idea where to begin. She felt overwhelmed and stuck.
The irony wasn't lost on either of us — a stress coach, stressed about her own launch. She had the expertise and the content, but no system to get it in front of the right people. And the audience she serves (people dealing with chronic stress) would bounce immediately if the site felt cluttered, pushy, or chaotic.
This project needed to solve two problems at once: give Estibalitz a complete online presence, and make sure that presence felt like a safe space for her audience from the first scroll.

My Approach

I didn't jump into design. I started by helping Estibalitz get clear on what she was offering and who she was speaking to. We talked through her business, her clients, and how she wanted people to feel when they landed on her site.
We began with a sales page. I shared a copy framework that helped her write from a place of empathy and clarity. I guided her in shaping her message in a way that would feel supportive and calming to her audience. From there, I built her full funnel — opt-in, email sequence, and sales page — all designed to reduce overwhelm and gently guide visitors through her offer.
That one page turned into a full website project.
Before designing anything, I helped her map out the exact pages she needed. We made strategic decisions around how to tell her story, where to place certain messages, and how to create a sense of calm and clarity through both the layout and the visuals.
Every part of the design had a purpose — from the way the content was structured, to the images I chose (ones that helped "put feelings on paper"), to the gentle pacing of the page. It wasn't just about how it looked. It was about how it made people feel.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you design a Kajabi website for a coaching topic where the audience is already overwhelmed? The design has to reduce stress, not add to it. For Estibalitz's stress coaching site, every layout decision was made with her audience's emotional state in mind. Generous spacing, calm colour palette, gentle pacing, and a content flow that guides without pushing. The site needed to feel like a safe space before the visitor even reads a word.
What happens when a coach has a course ready but no website or funnel to sell it? That's exactly where Estibalitz started. She had her course content but no digital presence. I helped her map out what she needed: a sales page first, then an opt-in funnel with email sequences, and eventually a full website. We built it in stages so she wasn't overwhelmed by the process — which matters when your audience is people dealing with overwhelm.
Can a Kajabi project start as a single sales page and grow into a full website? Yes. This project started as one sales page and expanded into a complete Kajabi website. That's a natural progression when the first page is built with strategy. Because I mapped the visitor journey and offer structure from the beginning, adding pages later didn't require rethinking the whole site. The foundation was already there.
Who builds Kajabi websites for wellness and health coaches? I'm Sneha Hiremath. I built the full Kajabi website and sales funnel for Surfing Stress, a stress coaching practice. Estibalitz said, "She took all the ideas I had and turned them into something real, beautiful, and strategic. I finally feel like my work has a home online." I specialize in coaching and wellness brands on Kajabi.
Can I hire a Kajabi designer who also helps with copy and messaging strategy? Yes. For Estibalitz's project, I provided a copy framework, guided her messaging, and helped her write from a place of empathy and clarity. I don't just build pages — I help shape what the pages say and how they say it. If you have your ideas but need help turning them into something that connects with your audience, that's exactly what I do.
If you're a coach, creative, or course creator trying to build an online presence that actually feels like you — I'd love to help.
