Institutional identity for the Architects’ Association of Entre Ríos
In 2020, the Architects’ Association of Entre Ríos invited us to update its visual identity. The challenge was to revitalize a brand that, while originally created through a successful competition, had lost recognition among its members over time.
Working in collaboration with Oficina Robot, we developed a refreshed identity that respects the original system while reinterpreting it through a contemporary lens. The five columns—symbolizing the association’s five regional chapters—were simplified for greater clarity and visual strength. The red diagonal, referencing both federalism and the provincial flag, was refined to convey movement and purpose. Light and shadow elements were introduced to evoke the spatial qualities of architecture.
We introduced a new, timeless typeface to enhance usability across applications. The new system was implemented across a wide range of materials, including the website, internal software, forms, building signage, event stands, and communication pieces.
Years later, the institution adopted a more inclusive name: Colegio de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Provincia de Entre Ríos. We were also part of that transition—but that’s a story for another time.
