Project Overview

Bloopi App is an eco-centric digital product designed to drive environmental action and reward sustainable habit formation through community initiatives. This project focused on engineering an advanced, high-fidelity interactive mobile application prototype designed to validate the core ecosystem architecture in real-world markets before entering full software production. The final product delivers a pixel-perfect, scalable framework optimized for rapid market validation and stakeholder presentations.

The Challenge & Our Role

The primary challenge was translating a complex, multi-layered socio-environmental initiative into an intuitive, gamified, and frictionless mobile user experience. Acting as the end-to-end Mobile Product Designer and Systems Architect, Gsus.Studio was responsible for analyzing user behavior loops, mapping complex micro-interactions (including interactive map mechanics and reward wallets), and delivering a robust, production-ready interface that bridges the gap between vision and software engineering.

The Process

We deployed a rigorous, system-backed design workflow to eliminate layout guesswork and mitigate technical implementation risks:
Phase 01 (Strategy & Mapping): Initiated with an intensive 72-hour validation phase, auditing the product architecture to construct logical User Journey Maps and low-fidelity structural wireframes aimed at optimizing task completion rates.
Phase 02 (Visual Engineering): Established a premium visual identity matching international standards. We developed advanced grid layouts, precise typography scales, and highly responsive components tailored for cross-device mobile execution.
Phase 03 (Interactive Prototyping): Assembled a fully clickable, high-fidelity dynamic simulation environment natively inside Figma, implementing realistic state transitions, variable components, and custom motion behaviors.

The Build & Outcome

The outcome is a comprehensive, validation-ready digital application asset. We delivered a fully scalable Production Design System utilizing the atomic design methodology, complete with rigid auto-layouts, structured variables, and component state tokens. The final deliverable features a detailed Developer Handoff Package containing technical documentation and alignment blueprints, ensuring the engineering team can execute native development with zero operational friction.
