Project Overview

Retrobikes is an urban cycling and vintage lifestyle brand requiring a modern digital evolution to launch its new product lines. This project focused on engineering a hyper-focused, single-page storefront ecosystem optimized for rapid product validation, immediate brand authority, and seamless lead acquisition. Deployed entirely on Framer's edge server network, the final platform balances high-fidelity premium visual aesthetics with lightning-fast execution speeds.

The Challenge & Our Role

The brand’s legacy web presence suffered from severe multi-device visual constraints, unoptimized media assets, and high mobile bounce rates. Acting as the end-to-end Product Designer and Low-Code Engineer, our role at Gsus.Studio was to break down their business unit economics, audit user journey friction points, and completely re-architect their layout into a high-performance digital touchpoint engineered to capture commercial intent.

The Process

Our systematic workflow follows a rigorous operational path focused on risk mitigation and data alignment:
Phase 01 (Strategic Audit):
We initiated the sprint by conducting a heuristic funnel analysis to isolate behavioral friction and align section hierarchies with the client's primary conversion goals (KPIs).
Phase 02 (Information Architecture):
Since over 80% of the target audience uses mobile devices, we mapped out a fluid, mobile-first structural layout to ensure a frictionless storytelling flow.
Phase 03 (UI Engineering):
We built a custom digital design system natively inside Figma and executed the frontend directly within Framer, developing polished micro-interactions and responsive layout grids.

The Build & Outcome

The final system is a highly interactive, responsive landing page engineered for maximum conversion performance.
By compressing structural asset groups and optimizing component code, we achieved sub-1.5-second mobile latency, securing top-tier Core Web Vitals rankings.
Additionally, we embedded clean GA4 telemetry for accurate data tracking and delivered a comprehensive Loom video handoff repository to ensure 100% operational autonomy for the client's marketing team.
