On the operations side, teams model department sizing, shift tasks between roles, and close capacity gaps; on the partner side, resellers track client activity, licenses, and commissions. My brief: take an unusually data-heavy product and make every screen readable at a glance.

Enterprise operations tools tend to drown their users in data. Bliks had to hold two heavy worlds at once — workforce capacity planning (department sizing, task-role fit, FTE gaps) and partner management (client activity, licenses, commissions) — without turning into a spreadsheet with a login. The hard part was never adding features; it was making dense, interdependent numbers feel calm and decision-ready.

Client activity treemap,  A single colour-coded map ranks every client by activity, so a partner sees where attention is needed before reading a single number.

Capacity optimizer, Sankey task-flow diagrams, capacity bars and FTE-gap math turn “do we have the people for this?” into a picture you can act on.

License & commission, The reseller side, licenses, commissions, and sales potential, structured so partners manage their whole book of business without support.

One quiet system, A restrained green palette, consistent cards, and a clear type hierarchy hold the product together across dashboards, tables, and flows.

A coherent design system for a genuinely complex B2B product — data-dense dashboards that stay scannable, and a visual language that scales from a high-level treemap down to a role-by-role capacity table.
