Building a Scalable HR Infrastructure

Built and strengthened core HR infrastructure to support a rapidly growing organization across multiple states and an expanding global workforce. My work included HRIS and payroll administration, benefits, multi-state compliance, immigration documentation support, policy and process development, workforce data and reporting, and compensation support. I also helped establish repeatable People Operations workflows and supported the company’s expansion of talent into Latin America—creating infrastructure that could scale alongside the business.
