THE PROBLEM

Sometimes Klarna, an after-pay bank, needs to make a refund to a customer but doesn't have their bank details as the client has opted out for this in the past.
In order to know where to transfer the funds the customer needs to submit their bankdetails in a safe and trustworthy maner.

THE APPROACH

The project consisted of a briefing of the project, consulting with a UX copywriter, and drafting a proposal.
As the technical requirements & possibilities changed throughout the project the designs were adapted as well, presenting as a final result a MVP design and a more personalized design that could be completed later with a bit more technical effort.
As my other works for Klarna were internal projects they can't be shown as these fall under a NDA.
