The Order Details page is the page within adidas that gives consumers knowledge and control over their order. However, there was too much information on one page, distracting from the page's key focus points & not highlighting the relevant information. Namely - “where is my order & when is it coming?”

Together with the Product Owner and Copywriter, we facilitated a design sprint including market stakeholders to identify key pain points. The redesign focussed on these key pain points by means of benchmarking, sketching, multiple iterations of testing the design with users. There were weekly update meetings for stakeholder to get input and keep all informed.
