Undutchables is an international recruitment website built to connect multilingual professionals with companies across the Netherlands. The platform serves two distinct audiences, international job seekers looking for career opportunities and organizations searching for multilingual talent, so the website needed a clear structure that could guide both audiences toward the right experience.

I worked on the WordPress website design and development, focusing on creating a professional, content-rich recruitment platform that makes discovering opportunities and accessing recruitment services straightforward. The website brings together job vacancies, candidate registration, employer services, recruitment solutions, career resources, company information, and practical guidance for internationals working and living in the Netherlands.

As a WordPress Developer, I focused on creating a scalable website structure capable of handling a large and frequently changing volume of recruitment content. The vacancies experience allows users to search and filter opportunities by disciplines, preferred languages, and location, while dedicated candidate functionality supports registration, CV submission, profile management, and application tracking.

From a WordPress Designer perspective, one of the biggest priorities was making a large recruitment platform feel approachable rather than overwhelming. Clear visual hierarchy, structured content sections, intuitive navigation, prominent calls to action, and audience-specific pathways help visitors quickly determine whether they are looking for a job, hiring talent, exploring career resources, or learning more about Undutchables.

The UI/UX design was built around the different journeys users take through the platform. Job seekers can explore vacancies, sign up, subscribe to job alerts, access career resources, and learn about working in the Netherlands. Employers can explore recruitment solutions, register vacancies, and access specialized services such as executive recruitment.

I also focused heavily on conversion-focused website design. Rather than treating recruitment information as static content, the website uses clear pathways to move users toward meaningful actions, searching for vacancies, registering as a candidate, submitting a vacancy, requesting recruitment assistance, or contacting the appropriate team.

A particularly important part of the project was creating an effective job search experience. Undutchables works across numerous disciplines, including administrative, commercial, financial, IT, logistics, customer service, marketing, managerial, HR, legal, and executive roles, while also supporting candidates with a wide range of language backgrounds. The website therefore needed an information architecture capable of accommodating this breadth without sacrificing usability.

Responsive web design was another key consideration. With job seekers and employers accessing the platform from different devices and locations, the website was structured to maintain clear navigation, readable content, accessible forms, and usable search functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.

The project also incorporates an SEO-friendly WordPress structure, with dedicated pages for recruitment services, vacancies, industries, candidate resources, locations, career information, and other valuable content. This creates a strong foundation for attracting both job seekers searching for international opportunities and businesses looking for multilingual recruitment support.

The platform also required thoughtful handling of forms and user-generated information, including candidate registration, CV uploads, vacancy submissions, contact forms, job alerts, and other recruitment-related interactions. These elements were integrated into the broader user experience rather than treated as isolated features.

Overall, this project demonstrates my experience with WordPress website development, WordPress website design, recruitment website design, responsive web design, UI/UX design, job board website development, lead generation, complex information architecture, SEO-friendly WordPress development, and conversion-focused website design.

The result is a comprehensive digital recruitment platform that brings together job discovery, candidate registration, employer recruitment, multilingual talent matching, career resources, and international employment guidance in one cohesive WordPress experience.
