I managed social media marketing for Global G.L.O.W., an international nonprofit focused on girls’ education, leadership, and advocacy. I developed and curated content across social platforms, managed the community, and produced videos and graphics to support the organization’s programs and advocacy work.
One of the largest campaigns I led was OctobHER, a month-long initiative tied to the United Nations International Day of the Girl. The campaign centered the experiences of girls around the world, with a particular focus on gender-based violence, advocacy, and access to education.
I developed the campaign content and social strategy using stories and testimonials from Global G.L.O.W. club members, including young advocates whose work reached the United Nations. I edited video, created graphics, added subtitles and translations, and developed educational content and calls to action around human rights and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The campaign also included a collaboration with the Day of the Girl Summit for its 11 Days of Action, connecting OctobHER content with a broader international advocacy effort.
